How do I pay my monthly bill?
Login using the "Camper Login" link and you'll see your current balance with a Pay Now button.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a $300 deposit is required for all guests, in addition to your site rate.
What's included in the monthly rate?
Water, sewer, trash, and basic Wi-Fi are included in every rate. Electric is included on weekly and daily rates; monthly sites pay electric separately.
Do you have concrete sites?
Yes — we offer both standard sites and reinforced concrete pad sites. See the Rates section on the home page for pricing on each.
Can I see which lots are available before I call?
Yes — check our live Site Map for real-time lot status (vacant, occupied, reserved, or maintenance).
Are pets allowed?
Yes, leashed pets are welcome. See our Park Rules page for full pet policy details.
